Itchy Vagina
It has already been 3 months since I have experienced itchiness around my vagina. I knew the reason for this. This is caused because of sweat around the area from running. But, I do not know how to care for it. I'm too scared to go to an actual hospital. Recently, I put some yoghurt around my vagina but it still didn't work. Please help.

Itchiness in the perineal region could be due to multiple reasons,area remaining wet ...as you rightly decifered,tight clothing ,Skin infections,(rash)infections of vagina -(accompanied by irritating discharge)allergy to sanitary napkin,some times blood even esp. girls experiencing heavy blood flow!
No need to get alarmed
keep area dry,wear loose cotton undergarments and maintain good hygiene and hydration
