Itchy transparent blisters on palm
I got these tiny transparent blisters on palm and some red rashes on the wrist area which are extremely itchy a week back. The things that I have done out of my routine were 1. help my mom wash dishes where I soaked my hand in the sink with water and dishwash powder 2.some plumbing work happened at home which lead to more exposure to dust 3.touched dusty objects while helping a friend move out of the house 4.Also my skin is naturally irritable in nature Apart from all of these I'm suffering from cold and throat infection which I got at the exact same time when I got the rashes The itch is bothering me extremely.I have applied coconut oil and lacto calamine lotion a few times but it doesn't seem to go away.

You may be suffering from housewife eczema which is a kind of irritant contact dermatitis due to use of detergents during washing of clothes or utensils. Cracks and thickened skin on palms can also be due to psoriasis. Please avoid detergent for some time. You can consult me with photos for detailed prescription and other instructions to reduce the recurrence.
