Itchy skin rash

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I used a new perfum about a week ago on my neck and it has resulted in a very itchy rash on both sides of my neck, below the ears. I've stopped using the perfume and now only use cetaphil cleanser and linical on my neck, but the itching hasn't stopped.it gets worse when I'm sweaty. Pls advise.
