  4. Itchy skin. What to do?

Itchy skin
Itching on my back and waist. I had rashes, tiny bumps all over my body and face last week. Rash went away the very next day. But had major itch all over my body that evening. It's been a week now m taking allegra n using calamine lotion. But still itching especially on my back, waist, underarms and under breasts. Plz help. What to do??

Seems like an allergic reaction to food or synthetic clothes. Please get your blood checked for Hb CBC. Avoid non veg, sour, nuts cheese chinese. Wear only cotton clothes. Do not scratch.
