Itchy skin. Drank algae infected water.

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I consumed water from a bottle which had algal deposits at the bottom. I experienced slight sickness after 1 day. Next day I drank from the same bottle (hadn't noticed it yet) after which my skin started itching and developing inflammations. Should I consult a doctor or should I just wait a few days for the rashes to go away?
