Itchy red marks on elbow

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Greetings, Since the last few days, i am getting some red marks on my left elbow and the are itchy. As soon as i go somewhere out, i feel like my skin is burning over there . Last year i suffered from scabies. Can these red marks be a symptom if scabies once again? Or is it something else? What should i do?

Acute urticaria. Your body is responding to allergies like for any infection, inhalation of dust , ingestion of food &drugs, infestations ( worm), implants, pscychological etc. Use antihistamines likes desloratine + montoleukast (dazit-M) daily night for 2 weeks. Tab.bandy plus 1tab stat (just only 1 tab strat). After food night Calosoft plus lotion local application on rashes & itchy regions.

Next Steps

If not subsiding check the following investigation & meet the dermatologist CBC with AEC, LFT, RFT, SERUM LIPID PROFILE, URINE ROUTINE, FBS. All this helps to rule out any systemic cause is there?
