Itchy rashy Patchy palms

Asked for Male, 57 Years

From last 5 years, my father is suffering from an unknown skin decease. His palm's skin is becoming worse. It is lot itchy and now has acquired a layer of dead skin on it due to which palm skin has gone thicker. He went to see many doctors and have taken many medications so far but no relief. please please help.

Warm saline soaks for 10 minutes followed by application of Vaseline helps. Use salicylic acid 6% ointment over that at bedtime. Avoid strong soaps . Have levocetrizine tab at bedtime for itching.
