Itchy rashes on testicles

I have been facing a very bad problem sir Its 10 days already and Jockey itch is not going away. My testicles area , groin and scrotum all are very itchy and discomforting. Its red all around in that area and some liquid sticky substance is present at the testicles Kindly help sir. It's painful
