  4. Itchy breasts. Tiny bump. Please advise.

Itchy breasts. Tiny bump.
Consistent itching in both breasts since a month and a tiny bump is present on left breast. Tried changing detergent and bra. Still itching not reduced. Please advise.

Is the itching over the entire breast area, or over the nipple areola ? Is there any scaling over the itching part? Since how long has the 'bump' been noticed?
