Itchy anus cream recommendation

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I have haemoride problem. No worms. I am having itching at anal opening and outer surronding skin. Always have the urge to scratch. Skin is now dry after itching. I drink enough water. Can i use hydrocortisol 1 ointment. If not which cream should i use. Thank you.
