Itching upper eye skin
Itching at upper skin of eye ,pain in upper eye skin ,can not stay in light.many eye specialist give medicine but not improvement.

Consult a good dermatologist , it may be a case of eyelid dermatitis or Dermatomyositis. Difficult to say without evaluation. Dermatomyositis can have other associated complaints. Eyelid dermatitis can occur due to overuse of cosmetics on eyelid. It's difficult to predict without actually seeing a patient.

Without seeing we also cannot say anything.
At least of there was a picture attached we could have got some idea.
As of now, just consult a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management.
