My brother is suffering from itching sense in the penis, he is somewhat normal in the day time, but in the night time he is having lot of itching sense and had to rub it always.

Hello there..... Men who are uncircumcised who have the foreskin remaining around the penis are prone to balanitis, an inflammation of the foreskin that is often caused by poor hygiene, irritation, or infections.....Maintain personal hygiene and wash the glans penis daily with warm water.....
