Hello sir, my self purvi singh. I ask my problam is my legs foot lower skin it's very dry & itching.& skin is plufing & creaking. very painful sctiuation. So please my diseeg cure & recoment. Prescription.

This sounds like infected eczema. Please don't use soap over that area.  send photos using online consult option for proper diagnosis and treatment.
