Itching on the feet hence dark spots

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I've been having this itch on my feet. Last when i consulted a GP he told me is contact dermatitis. I need to know if there is any permanent solution to get rid of the itchiness and darkness. Also I've noticed that it is spreading a although i completely avoiding itching.

If it is contact dermatitis then recurrence is common. So first 1) Oint Lobat-s for ext app Then some Ayurvedic remedies like 2)Kaishor Guggulu 2-2-2 after food with warm water 3)Arogya vardhini Ras 1-1-1 before food 4) Sarivadyasavam 3-0-3 tsf after food with equal quantity of water. If possible then take Ayurvedic treatment like panchkarma.
