Itching on the breast

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I'm a 24 year old female married working woman , for the past 2 months I have itching sensation on my both breasts specifically on the nipple as well I had tiny patch near nipple which looked exactly same on both sides of my breast , but this month I don't have the itching and patch looks dried . What can be the reason ?
