Itching of skin, once bleeding in nose
I have little dry cough.
started itning my skin.
had very little bleeding in nose today.
continuous itching.

Dry nose and nose picking, cleaning, scratching may cause nose bleeding.
Whenever there is bleeding from nose, first aid treatment is nose pinching by fingers for 3-5 minutes.
