Itching near penis

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I feel too much ithicing near penis groin area. I also had itchy jock some days back. I have attached image of area which feels too much itchy. I am not India, here now its winter and around below 14 temperature. Please let me know if itchy jock cream is ok or should I take other care. Thank you
