Itching in back & leg tingling

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Madam/Dear sir , From past 10 days i feel severe itching after taking bath in my back and arms and my legs tingle and sometimes burn when exposed to air.I did my cbc (report attached) and I also have dark pigmentation in my cheek.my lymphocytes are high.is there something serious??
