Itching full body

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have skin itching problem for many years. Bt for last 1 yrs it became severe. After bathing itching becomes worse. No rashes no anything on the skin but still itches badly. Consulted to a doctor and the medicine preferred by them were allerga180 mg, lazine M, pru-25 & invermectol. Initially it was working as it reduced my itching but now nothing's happening. Tell me please what should I do.
