Itching and swelling

Asked for Male, 2 Years

Itching and swelling in penis for the past 2 days for our 2 years old son. We used diaper at nights. After this issue we removed diaper and applied coconut oil. Yesterday the swelling and itching reduced. Today there is no swelling but sometimes itching is there. Is it only due to diaper or some other issue?
