Hello Last month I had temporary tattoo on my hand now it's itching and swelling. Is there medicine.

Sounds like you have developed an allergy either to the tattoo pigment or to any other creams that you have applied on the tattoo. Please use a hypoallergenic, fragrance free moisturiser on it 3-5 times a day. If it's not better please see a dermatologist.
