Itching and sores on genitalia

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been suffering from constant itching and many small sores on my groin area and on labia too. Now the colour of my groin is changed to dark shade. I am using candid dusting powder and quadriderm cream. But no effect. Please suggest me some medication.
