Itching and small wounds in penis skin
I'm having small wounds on the upper skin of my penis and is now spreading over . Starting It was only one and now it's two three. Sometime I will have itching problem on penis skin during nights. I didn't take any medicines for it. Now I got the fear of some serious problems. I will attach the photos please recommend a medicine for this and cured quickly. Thank you.
