Itching and rashes/blisters on skin

Asked for Male, 30 Years

From last 2 weeks been facing overheating of body and frequent itching/rashes all over legs, arms and back. After frequent oiling, moisturizing and changing soaps still facing the same issue. Let me know what could be the cause of the same and any immediate remedy.
