Itching and dryness on scalp and face ..

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have itching and dryness on face and scalp and ears.... it's been 1.5 years now since I am suffering form this condition. One doctor saying it's psoriasis other says it's seborrheic dermatitis. I have used various locations and oral medicine since last 1.5 years... it reduces for time being (till the time I am taking medicine and using lotions) as soon as I finish my course it appears again .... can I use halobetasol propionate lotion ? Bcz it's gives me a lot of relief in just 2-3 uses ... and sebomed anti dandruff shampoo??
