Itching and drying and blackening of ski

Asked for Male, 55 Years

Dear doctors, My mom has a severe body itching grom last 4-5 months. Due to the covid, We haven't consulted any physician. However, on someone's advise, took a blood test in which it was identified as she has some allergic content in the blood due to which she has the iching and she also feels the skin getting dried up and rough. Could you please help identifying the cause and any immidiate medication before going to any hospital in this pandemic. Thanks, sandeep
