Itching all over body without angioedema

itching started 20 days back when i took Artemisin therapy for fever, which was later diagnosed as dengue.
itching is not relived even by taking monticope tablets, and only slightly relived by taking Mahacort 6mg
it is not associated with angoiedema or rash.
it is differnt from urticaria which i have for past 7 years, for which i take cetrizine 10mg daliy, but now it is ineffective since the episode of dengue.

It may be urticaria but the severity may have gone up. Eczema is also a possibility. I cannot be sure until I see the rashes. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
