Hello Dr. if i need a medical certificate issued in accordance to International Sanitary Act 2005 for admission to a university, what test i need to undergo for medical checkup and how much should i pay for the medical certificate?

You will need a medical check up and the tests prescribed by the concerned authority. You can approach a physician after you have all the tests done so that he/she can issue a certificate for you. Some authorities also have prescribed formats for certificates. Make sure you take a copy of that format as well to your doctor.
