Before I explain my issue, I'd like to give you some history. About a year ago, at night I was just trying to examine my scrotum and tried to forcefully alter the orientation of my right testicle. I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, but still followed up with a physical examination with a urologist the next day. He didn't detect any Bell Clapper deformity and said that my testicles were normal.Since then, I have noticed that every few weeks either my right or left testicle sometimes becomes horizontal and this is accompanied with my scrotum being completely contacted, and there is no pain when this happens. When this first happened, I went to visit the urologist again and he said everything is normal and that I should get a colour Doppler ultrasound if I feel that there's a sharp pain and follow up with him. This hasn't happened, but my testicles still go horizontal at times, they stay fixed in that position for a good 10 to 20 minutes before being normal.Should I be worried of trosion?
