Is this swollen epididymitts?
My right testicle has one pipe when I touch I feel no pain but sometimes it pains I have groin pain pubic bone pain and testicles discomfort with burning urination sometimes and Night frequency urination and burning after masturbation
From my examination I feel I have swollen epididymis or cyst on epididymis becz when I masturbate it disappears for sometime and then it comes again like pus cyst it is white in colour like sperm is filled when sperm fills it increase its size and when I ejaculate it decrease I feel fever too
Issue from 1 yrs I am worried of cancer to show any surgeon I don't like surgeries instead I want to die bcz surgeries are painful
