On ultrasound in the left breast there is a 1.4 x 1.3 x 0.9 cm well-circumscribed hypoechoic
solid nodule with three or four slight focal lobulations, faint posterior enhancement and
oblique orientation. No other discrete solid or cystic masses are demonstrated elsewhere in
the left breast. Incidental note is made a normal-appearing left axillary lymph node
measuring 1.7 x 1.6 x 1.0 cm
IMPRESSION: Left-sided mammographic nodule corresponding to solid nodule at 6 o'clock
on ultrasound. There are few slightly atypical features. BI-RADS 4
CLINICAL HISTORY: Family history of cancer in mother

I would advise you to visit a nearby surgeon or oncologist. Arrange for biopsy from the lesion as the lesion is mentioned as BIRADS4. Not mentioned if it’s 4a, b or c. But still, I wouldn’t advise wait or follow up. Moreover there is family history in your mother. Also you could get your blood checked for Germline BRCA mutation which puts you at increased risk for Breast and other cancers. If positive other members in your family can also undergo screening.
