Is this report slightly abnormal?

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am having chest pain and head keeps shaking and some times mildly jerks towards the left.. I can feel pulsations in my neck and more while I lie down.. this happens only from the top of my head till my upper chest.. quality of life is gone.. feels tightness in center of the upper throat to upper chest.. I also have nausea, headaches.. bp is 120/80.. pulse 98.. thyroid is normal.. Is the report totally normal as one doctor responded as ecg not showing any major abnormality.. I did not understand this..

Yes ECG is normal. Get a 2D Echo done. Your symptoms do not seem primarily heart related. Can be anxiety related. If echo is normal then consult a physician
