My child was admitted around 2 months back due to fever and URI as told and have attached the report of admission so I want to know what does PA and CVS in the report and is it normal or how .he is fine but yet he says headache and dizziness when bend and got up or when there is cold .

Where is the report? Needs physical examination. Also get an eye consultation along with routine investigations done.
