Is this normal?
Bypass a 14 months ago. Been complaining since Feb that I am short of breath chest pain ect nothing was done, even asked for a cardiac enzyme test once to set mind at ease, but refused. Heart attack today, drom Cath lab Im told bypass failed and now I have extensive left side heart damage.

Hello,no this is not usually observed that the grafts fail so soon.however if venous grafts were used,they have a higher propensity to occlude earlier.One more thing, how much is the damage to the heart and whats the ejection fraction of LV
