Is this nicotine stomatitis?
Hello, I was a ex smoker and have quit smoking almost 3 months ago. After I have quit smoking I saw these small dots on the roof of the mouth, these do not irritate me. I also have regular consultations with my dentist as well for oral hygiene. Are these of any concern? Please suggest. Any medicines that I can take to reduce these?
