Is there any probability of pregnancy?

Doctor, sometimes my girlfriend has delayed periods, like many delaying 8-9 days. She had her last period on 17th October after or before which there was no physical contact until 23rd November, that's 35 days after her previous periods there was a light intimacy with only my male part with some semen, just touching her upper part of her vaginal skin on the outside. That is we've been this intimate after 35 days after her previous periods, she didn't take any ECPs. Today's 27th November she's still not getting periods, however she's getting some signs of periods coming. Doctor, is there any chances of pregnancy after a little intimacy after 35days of her previous periods? Can the unwanted 72 pill work after 72hrs are completed, on the fourth or fifth day?
