Is my prolactin normal for conceiving

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My uterus ultrasound is normal, My TSH is 2.46, My prolactin is 0.50 and Anti Tpo antibodies is 58 and periods are regular. Am i a good candidate to conceive ? Will my tpo antibodies cause problems in conceiveing i am 27 years old
