Is Levomac 500 good for higher CRP

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I am tested positive for covid last a week back. After three days, I was asked to take blood tests on CRP, CBP, D Dimer & Ferritin. Except CRP rest all reports are good. CRP is 35. Higher than normal. For this I was given an antibiotic/antiviral - Levomac 500. Does this medicine works to reduce the CRP levels ? Kindly clarify
