I have tested covid positive I have cough but its dry and normal and nose is block, and dehydration and no other symptoms , what steps should I follow

Isolate yourself, drink plenty of warm liquids, steam inhalation 3 times daily, salt water gargling , avoid oily and spicy food, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions, sleep minimum of 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels every 6 hours. consult doctor for symptom wise medications.
