I am 25 years old and recently diagnosed with a fungal infection in the groin and scrotum. The doctor prescribed itraconazole 200 mg and doxycycline 100 mg tablets. I am already on Udiliv 300 for jaundice treatment (Hepatitis A, bilirubin 8, SGOT 47, SGPT 48 last 10 days report). Please advise if it is safe to take itraconazole and doxycycline along with Udiliv, considering my current liver condition

Itraconazole and doxycycline can both rarely cause liver injury, and caution is advised in patients with known liver disease or elevated bilirubin such as in acute hepatitis A; Udiliv (ursodeoxycholic acid) does not have reported major adverse interactions with these drugs and may help support bile flow, but the combination with antifungals like itraconazole should be closely monitored.
