Is it the flu or something else?
Since Monday, I've had this barking/wheezing cough and sore throat, headache. On Friday, I started running 100.4 fever, the cough got worse to where I would vomit with it, I would have fatigue also. I also had constant chest pain that went to my shoulder on Friday also. All symptoms lasted til today and I'm still coughing, vomiting, having fever, chest pain to my shoulder, fatigue, sore throat, headache, and fatigue. It even keeps me up at night. I'm 28 year old female so what could it be?

Hi. I understand your concerns. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigations like chest x ray to look for infection. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
