Is it safe to take Predmet & Dexamethas

I am 32 weeks pregnant and covid recovery was a little challenging as my O2 levels were dropping. My gync & physician has put me on Dexamethason for 3 days & now on Predmet for next 11 days when my O2 fluctuation is in btwn 94-98. Plus nebulizer with livelin & buedcort. Now I am covid-ve as well. Shud I continue taking the meds? Is it safe for the baby? Other than these, I am taking all vitamins, prenatal vitamins n etc.
