Is it sabpsoriasis / saboreic dermatitis

From 6 months I hav black marks on both sides of nose.it spreads to lower lip and upper lip.from 6 months I consulted dermatologist they prescribed emusome cream, fg luconzole 150 tablet,tacroz cream.but no use some times its burning sensation and itching and skin flare ups like dandruff white or in yellow colour.i consult another dermatologist prescribed paraffin lotion,emusome cream,lycra cream.I apply this cream my skin becomes normal after 1 day it come again.doctor suggest to start oral medication because high production of sebum.it is sabopsoriasis. From 1 year I use betablockers ciplar la 20mg  per day because of high heart beat 90-120per min as prescribed by cardiologist.now I consulted cardiologist and stopped taken this tablet.please advice me it is curable or not.photo attached.thanks.
