Is it right time to get herpes test done

I got sexually active recently.I was diagnosed Gential herpes based on physical examination 1 month 20 days before .During that time I was asked for HbsAg test, VDRL in titre, HIV.All of these came non-reactive.During course of 7 days medicine it relieved me Medicine were acylovir 800mg, albendazole and Lvermectin, citrizine, Vit. D3.But after 4 days I had similar issue. After that I was given valcylovir 1mg TDS, Ascarin 50 BD, Reverage BD for 7 days. During this time I did my HSV-2 IgM, IgG antibodies and PCR for HIV done. Again both came negative, but doctor said because you're on medication it will come negative It relieved me too but something was presistent I thought its a scar and will go by itself. After someday it started to cause me more problem I went to another doctor he said its not Herpes, its some fungal infection and gave me 1 week antifungal treatment and its now 15 days I have no symptoms on my glans andI had acylovir for 25 days now not taking it anymore.
