Now the picture is clear.
I think you are a chain smoker.
You need to reduce your frequency then stop or if you can stop then just stop smoking.
Treatment:
Tab montina- L at night for 5 day's.
Syrup ascoril- LS 5 ml 3 times in a day for 5 day's.
