Is it normal or not
Respected dr sir or mam plz check the bp labels is it normal or not im 6feet tall guy my previous weight was 105 kg after doing running. Zyming exercise nd eating boil food to a 4 months my weight is now 88 kg lunch   with multigrain atta roti and basmati brown rice .half cup only with 3 multigrain atta roti with boil vegetables like spinach .brocoli .cabbage .with litle pinch of salt  morning 4 soaked almonds .pistachio green moong soaked sprouts and morning toned milk with oats with litle honey green tea 2 time evening 25 min continuesly running zyming 1 hours everyday after running .7000 steps completing everyday and night 3 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables salad .beetroot .carrot and tomatoes .white raddish night 2000 steps completing every day after meal. Any special thing should I do it or is my meal lifestyle is ok ... I want to be so much fit and active ...
