Zyming exercise nd eating boil food to a 4 months my weight is now 88 kg lunch with multigrain atta roti and basmati brown rice .half cup only with 3 multigrain atta roti with boil vegetables like spinach .brocoli .cabbage .with litle pinch of salt morning 4 soaked almonds .pistachio green moong soaked sprouts and morning toned milk with oats with litle honey green tea 2 time evening 25 min continuesly running zyming 1 hours everyday after running .7000 steps completing everyday and night 3 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables salad .beetroot .carrot and tomatoes .white raddish night 2000 steps completing every day after meal.
Any special thing should I do it or is my meal lifestyle is ok ...
I want to be so much fit and active ...
