Does not sound like herpes. Just use any lubricant eye drop. You will be fine.

Headache and eye pain have nothing much to do with Herpes, this sounds more like a Google diagnosis. First of all, relax. Headache and eye pain may itself be due to stress and anxiety. If you feel your eye is dry then a simple moisturizing eye drop may solve the issue.
Next Steps
For now try to 1- restrict mobile phone usage to not more than 2hrs a day , 2- try a simple moisturizing eye drop 3- take a routine pain killer if the headache is too much 4- sleep well
Health Tips
if your symptoms seem to worsen then get back for a consult
