Asked for Female, 11 Years

My step daughter has had dry cracked skin under her eyes for years now. On occasion the skin scabs. She also has dry skin in her eyebrows. I do not ever see her itch or rub her eyes. We have been told that she does not have eczema but dry eye and that Her under eyes are scabbed and scaly do to rubbing. Her eyebrows are now starting to fall out. I am contacting you to see if she has eczema with Dennie lines under her eyes
