Hi Dear,
your question is a bit ambiguous but let me try and answer it hope you find it useful
Love itself is a feeling and can be defined as romance , passion, intimate, infatuation, lust, care, affection between two people or it could be experienced with your parents, siblings, caregivers or pets
But as love evolves it becomes trust, acceptance & gratitude, and understanding comes from the level of emotional intelligence which varies from person to person
Evolving in the relationship means having deep intimacy and mutual kindness, real commitment, soulful caring, empathy and compassion and innate ability to share emotional experience.
But to achieve those relationship goals, we need all the skills of a high EQ
Next Steps
If you are confused about the basics do consult a clinical psychologist to get a better
perspective .
Try to build emotional intelligence it is a tough task, but it's a great way to improve your interpersonal skills and know how to relate with others and experience meaningful relationships
