Hello.. Well it seems to be an Ayush medicine...i don't think it is a fake medicine...but it is not an allopathic medicine...well I'm not aware of the effects or side effects of the tablet...i would suggest you to take an opinion about the diabetic status with a physician and start anti diabetic medicines...thank you
